Transition 2 Life is a self-directed program providing high school students with the skills they need to transition into adulthood.

 The program is designed to be student-friendly, independent and self-paced.  It meets a majority of the Federal Guidelines for transitional services for special needs students.

 Teachers and parents have the option of using the program as a one-year curriculum with monthly units, or spreading it out over the three-year transitional period associated with high school. See Content Overview.

 By completing the units and obtaining the resources suggested (i.e. transcripts, Individual Education Plans (IEP’s), voter registration cards, ATM cards, etc.) students will finish the program with an individual resource book that will guide them through college, employment and young adulthood. See Sample Lessons.
